30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your Gutable product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition.

To start a return, contact us via email here or the form on the site. No restocking fees!

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, inspect it carefully. Notify us immediately if you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We require photographic evidence of damage within 48 hours of receipt to facilitate a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Final-sale items are our lab tests.

Exchanges

For a hassle-free exchange, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item after your return is approved. In this case (an exchange by re-order), we will also cover any USA shipping costs..

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within approximately 15 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

For purchases over $300, refunds exceeding this amount will not be issued due to our financial regulations. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale customers, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage during transit or upon receipt. Photographic evidence of damage must be provided within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement.
